2. Do you offer free samples?
Yes,Free Just Pay Freight
3.If the order quantity is very small,like 10~50ieces per style per color,could we accept it?
If we have stock yarn we can do small order like 10 to 50 pcs one color ,but the price need add 30% to 50% .
4. Can I have my logo on the product?
Yes,all products can be customized,it's more than logos and brand; colors,size,patterns,etc can be changed as you require.
5. How do I check the quality of products?
We have experienced QC team of our own and we also accept the inspection of your QC or the QC from third parties.
6. Can I get refund if there are some problems with the goods?
Yes,we have our refund policies for different situations.
7. Will my information be secure?
Yes,we will keep our clients' information confidential and will NOT leak any information to other companies or
institutions.
